Seed Stitch Window Dishcloth

Seed Stitch Window Dishcloth

Size:
-approx. 7.5″ by 6.5″
Gauge:
-4.5 stitches over 1″ (not critical for a dishcloth!)
Materials:
-one 50g ball cotton yarn, such as Lily’s Sugar and Cream
-US size 7 needles, or size to obtain gauge.

Notes:
seed stitch = k1,p1 across

Instructions:
Cast on 35 stitches.
rows 1-5: k1, pl across, ending with k1.
row 6: (k1, p1, k1, p1, k1, p5) three times; k1, p1, k1, p1, k1.
row 7: (k1, p1, k1, p1, k6) three times; k1, p1, k1, p1, k1.
row 8: Repeat row 6.
row 9: repeat row 7.
row 10: repeat row 6.
row 11: Repeat row 7.
row 12: repeat row 6.
Repeat rows 1-12 three more times.
Repeat rows 1-5 for top border, bind off.

    When binding off seed stitch window cloth, how would you end it? What would the binding off be?

    I just use a basic off bind off, but keep in the K1, P1 pattern of the seed stitch border. There are instructions on how to do that here:
